Yes, this happens. I accept and then the EULA comes up.

I am able to scroll and reach/see the two buttons to accept/decline the EULA.

The first method seems to do eye tracking, I track my eye to the button and then press the button on the controller. The second, I use the trigger to make the controller a pointer which I point at the button. Neither works for me. All other UI in the quest etc work though.

I've tried the left & right controller to do the same flow. 

Same issues, restarted device, uninstalled app, reinstalled it with sidequest 0.7.3. Open up heresphere, scroll to the bottom of EULA, buttons are 'I have read and accept the HereSphere EULA' and 'Decline the HereSphere EULA and exit'. Both buttons are unresponsive although they light up purple when the cursor is hovering over them.

Using 7.3, can't get past EULA upon initial install. The button seems unresponsive.
